MIT Death and the Powers: Chandelier

The idea of this chandelier came from the MIT Media lab for a touring opera that they were producing. I took their idea and figured out how to make it. I used PTC Creo to 3D model the shape, correct the geometry, and design the mechanical connections for easy assembly. This was a stage unit that was going to be used in theaters around the world so the movement needed to be controlled by typical theater line sets. This is one my favorite projects to date.
