Live Wall Staircase Surround and Wall Paneling

I was enlisted by a large, well known millwork fabricator to help workout the fabrication engineering on how to build this large complex staircase surround and wall paneling system. Working with their engineering team, using the latest BIM modeling technology I was able to determine the best path for millwork fabrication and stay within model parameters while working with models from around the world from other vendors. The result was over 2,000 CNC cut parts that were assembled perfectly and installed with a job site tolerance of 0.030. The complexity of this project and the great team of people made this one of my favorite projects to date.
